I, V. S. Hunley, having been appointed by the Madison County
Fiscal Court a Commissioner to make a settlement with D. A.
McCord, as sheriff of Madison County, Ky., in regard to the taxes
and all other money paid to him as sheriff, since April 1, 1912,

on 3..N4 Tithes at $1.50 each. This property should all be collected
on. and about one-half of the tithes should be collected on between

County for the year of 1912.

The County is still m a cash basis, meeting all its obligations
promptly every month .and owes nothing lor any dett createa aur
infr the incumbency of ihe oresent Court. The system of road im
provements inaugurated is being pushed as rapidly as the funds
at our disposal permit. As soon as possible this system will be
applied to , every road in the county. All flood damage was
promptly repaired. TTiree large and a number of small bridges
will be built this yar. " . -
