Charles Hollln, charged with the mur der of Lewis Brandenburg, was granted bail by Judge Benton at Winchester in the sum of $5,000. The Grand Jury adjourned Saturday after finding 37 indictments for felonies and 20 for misdemeanors. Among the indicted are Zack Conner, Jesse Spencer, Allen Rankin, John Sumpter and Po liceman John Ballard, all on the charge of receiving a bribe in the recent pri mary, and Will Eubank, for placing a bet on the election. The jury says it was hampered by inability to secure witnesses in the election frauds. The witnesses referred to are:' Ott Stewart, Tom Tipton, A. Howard Hampton, W. C. Uaines, J. Stone Howard. Geo. Baf- lard, Henry Walters, H. Clay Owens and Charlie Curry.
