Man Says He Tried Every
Treatment Money Could Buy
Without Getting Relief.
"In 1900 I suffered a general
breakdown and during these 20
years I spent a small fortune
searching for health," said Harry
McAvoy, with the Alexandria
Hotel of Los Angeles, one of the
largest and finest hotels in South
ern California.
"I 'went to the best specialists
m New York. Chicago, New Or
leans, and cattle. I tried every
medicine- an-, treatment money
could buy, but the best I could
was' to get a little temporary re
lief. Finally I gave out complete

firmed dyspeptic ; nothing agreed

sailors and marines both white and
colored.
It is the desire of the Jesse M.
Dykes Post No. 12, American Legion
to obtain all of the names of World
War veterans of the above branches
service who enlisted from Madison
county or whose home was in Madi
son county at the time of enlistment
prior to Sept. 7, 1917. Any veteran
who is a member of Jesse M. Dykes
Post or who was enlisted into the
