As n result of an accident at the Memphis mino Tuesday afternoon John Armstrong and Morgan Henson, two miners, wero painfully injured. One of the men was standing on a scaffold in a shaft, when tho other jumped from a ladder to tho scaffold which gavo away, and the two fell to the bottom, a distance of twelve or fifteen feet. Armstrong's nose and arm were broken, and Hon9on wns badly bruised. A PLEASANT RE-UNION. "Re-Union" was the occasion of much pleasure at tho school hall Friday ovoning.
