J By virtue of 'a Judgment and Order of Sale of Adair Circuit Court, ren dered at the January term thereof. 1915, in the above cause, I shall pro ceed to offer for sale at the court house door in Columbia, Ky., to the highest bidder, at public auction, on Monday, the 5th day of April, 1915, at one o'clock p. m., or thereabout (being County Court,) upon a credit of six months, the following described prop erty, to-wit: Two certain tracts of Hand, situated in Adair county, Ky., on the waters of Sulphur Fork, and adjoining each other. The first tract contains 32 acres. The second tract contains 40 acres more or less, but there is reserved out of the last mentioned boundary, a tract containing about 20 acres'. Said two tracts and the reservation are fully described by meets and bounds in the Judgment and order or sale, which is of record in the office of the clerk of the Adair Circuit Court in Order Book No , U, Page 356 For the purchase price, the pur chaser, with approved surety or secu rities, must execute Bond, bearing le gal interest from the day of sale until paid, and having the force and effect of a Judgment. Columbia last week. Mrs. R. T. Dudgeon, who has been confined to her room for two weeks, is improving slowly. Rev. Harry Sanders attended the Bib'le Institute in Campbells ville last week. Carl Rexroat, of Lone Valley, was here last Saturday. He is the young man that was kid napped seven years ago and car ried to England.
