There are four conditions to meet:
AGE She mast be at lout 21 years of age.

CITlZEttJIinP -She must be an Amorican citizen.
REGISTRATION She must have registerod wiUt the
county tux collector between June 20 and July 12.
Who are American eitiiens? Thoie born in America;
those who become twentv one years of age after thoir pn
ronts woro naturalixed ; those who took oat naturalisation
papers, those who married men who am American oitbons.
Whon and where will the women vote? July 27, 1018,
at the snme plac men of their preoiiict vote.
How are ballot prepared? Women present their reg
istration oortifiwuea, reeeivo thoir ballot, slips of paper with
nomas printud thereon, and go to a booth, where, in jeorocy,
thoy mark out. with a blaoh lead pencil, tho names of all ex
cept the persona for whom they wish to vote. Election
judges will not permit aid to be ivon in prepariaf hallot
unless the voter can not read or is physically incspabie ot
preparing a ballot
WARNING If a ballot is mutilated, torn, marked, or
orasuros made on it, do not deposit it with the election judee.
Ask for another aud mark it 'correctly. Then hand it to the
election judge. He will place n number on the ballot, which
should be folded so lie can not see how the person voted.
He will then deposit it in the ballot box Remember, a blue
pencil mark, or a hole m a ballot is ..uiiicient to cause ihe
