A Pain pf (GdDodl Slipper The Most Desirable Gift For Christmas TJTTH Christmas but 10 days away we must think what is the most suitable and useful article for each member of the family as well as for friends. With the present high cost of everything that goes into the family expenses, we must be very thoughtful about selecting that which will be the most useful in each and every case. Our usual suggestions of slippers (both for even ing dress and home comfort), as well as all kinds of footwear, have always been accepted by a great many as just right; but we believe more will take us at our word this year than ever before. Therefore we have fortified ourselves by a much larger stock and wiJer assortment than usual of all kinds of things that would delight the heart and make the choosing very easy for every Christmas shopper. lifC " fc4fc&i8iSJuSv w -:9i - For the Children It is very interesting to note and every mother will a.crree that nothing seems to please the CHILD so much as a pair ot new shoes or slippers.
