Durwood Mack underwent an opera
tion Oct. 10 for the removal of adenoids
and tonsils, Dr. E. II. Lynch comfng to
the home of James Ritchie, where he
lives, to perform the operation with two
nurses in attendance. He is making a
good recovery, but will not be able to at
tend school yet.
The funeral of B. C. Eager- was held
Oct. 20 at 2 o'clock at the home of his

Miss Belle Greenwood, who is having
several days' vacation from her work in
the Holstein-Friesian offices, is with her
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. II. E. John
