Rapid developments are taking place in the Methow Valley. The selling of Methow Canal tracts has been quite steady during the summer. But the announcement of the Great Northern, made during the Apple Show, that the railroad would be built 65 miles up the Methow Valley, probably next summer, has precipitated AN INFLUX OF BUYERS TO THE METHOW Saturday morning a party went up, consisting of three from Spokane, accompanied by Mr. Cul ver; four from Seattle with Mr. Furey, and two from Wenatchee with Mr. Colbert. Others from these and other cities will make the trip next week. If you want to be one of them, call at this office and get an excursion ticket —$9.00 round trip. Most Sales Right Now Are Made to Those Who Have Never Seen the Nethow Valley While others, who have been through it and remember it in a general way, have called at our various offices to select tracts. In such cases we make a very positive guarantee which has always proved satisfactory that we will refund buyer his money if he can show that we misrepresented or that we will transfer his holdings to any other unsold tract if for any reason the one purchased is unsatisfactory. On the same day that the railroad announcement was made a high official of the Great Northern called at our Spokane office~about ten days ago and purchased 80 Acres. He would not wait to go and see.
