Lough and Mr. and Mrs. (ill Musgrave. John Muir, Author, Dies of Pneumonia LOS ANGELES, Cal? Dec. 26?John Mulr, the naturalist, died In a hospital here today of pneumonia. He was sev enty-six years old. Mr. Mulr was visiting his daughter, Mrs. Helen Mulr Funk, at "Daggett, a town In the desert of San Bornadlno county. He was stricken with pneumo nia last week. Doctors from Los An geles were called Into consultation on Tuesday and it was determined to bring him to this city for treatment. When he arrived here Mr. Mulr was In a critical condition.
