Said bonds so to be issued, shall be serial-coupon bonds of the several denominations of $500.00 and $1,000.00, respectively. but not to exceed in the aggregato $330,000. and shall be Issued and dated as of the first dny of June, 1917, and be payable serially to the bearer at the office of the Clerk of the County Court of said ilurlon County in the City of Fairmont, State of West Virginia, or at the National City Bank, in the City of New York, in the State of New York, at the option of the bolder, and all within twenty-one (21) years from date. Said bonds shall be payable serially on the first day of June, becinnlnc with tho year 1018, and every year there after on the same day and date thereof; the said bonds shall show 011 their face, their serial numbers to be paid on each annual period and shall bear interest at tho rate ot Five I'er Centum (5%) per annum, payable semi-annually at the office of the Clerk ot this Court, In the City of Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, or at Guaranty Trust Company of New York, In the City of New York and State of New York, at the option of the holder, and that said interest be evidenced by coupon attached to said bonds and the said coupons to be executed by tho facsimile signatures ot the President of this Court and the Clerk thereof.
