Miss Mabel Charlton spent Sunday with friends in Fairmont. 35 IN ARE Oil THE1 , DELINQUENT LIST Classification of Registrants Stoped by the City BoardTwo members of Class One whose names were published as members of the delinquent class by the local board on Saturday, handed In their questionnaires for classification Saturday afternoon before the books of tbo board were officially closed. One member was also reported to be an inmate of an insane asylum. One member of the class of registrants between the ages of 29 to 36 also reported and another was reported as dead. Questionnaires were handed in by Frank Davis Kelley, Charles Plumlee and John Columbus Phillips. The books of the board were officially closed Saturday night, and while questionnaire* will be received by them for some time, they can not | be classified but must fololw out the | process of law laid down by the national draft laws. Ninety per cent of class one men have submitted questionnaires, and and ninety-eight per cent of class two and three compoi-ed of men from 19 to 36 have been classified.
