The death of David Jones, who was injured in a mine accident near here, occurred yesterday morning at Fairmont hospital whero ho hod been since the accident which oc curred some ten days ago. Officials Say Receipts and Expenditures Broke Even / Attendance at the spring Fair mont automobile show held last week was placed at 5,000 persons In: aty Interview this morning by officials of the Hall Oarage Co. Ac cording to the officials, the show just about broke oven financially, receipts, and expenditures balanc ing each other: the ..amount re ceived for tickets sold was about equal to tbe cost of tbo excellent entertainment afforded, while the money received for flpor space sold to car dealers barely covered advertising expenditures. Nearly thirty cars were sold during the show and dealors throughout the city state their sales are Increasing considerably this week. In the opinion of some porsons desiring to buy had been holding up their purchases until they had seen the various makes of cars at the automobile show. Twenty-eight cars, representing twenty different makes of mach ines, were on display.
