PRESIDENT HARPING ENJOYING BRIEF VACATION IN FLORIDA.
The President, after his strenuous work at the national capital, has taken a brief respite from the cares of state and is here seen arriving at St. Augustine, Fla., whore he was to be the guest of Mr. Edward B. Pholos 2 BANK OF IRELAND HANDED OVER TO GUARDIANSHIP OF IRISH FREE STATE An event of historical significance wa? the recent transfer of the guardianship of the Bank of Ireland in Dublin from the British troops who formerly were in charge to the forces of the new Irish Provisional Government.
