Beginning at a stake In the
northern line of Locust Avenue,
a corner to a lot formerly owned
by Ellas Amos, and running
thence with said line of said
street N. (9 1-2 E. 55 feet, more
or less, to a stake; thence wltb
the western line of Carlton street
N. 22 W. 100 fset, more or less,
to 'a stake; thendb S. 69 1-4 W.
55 feet, more or less, to a stake;
thence with the line of the said
Amos' lot S. 22 E. 160 feet, more
,or less to the place of beginning,
reserving and excepting, however,
the Pittsburgh vein of coal and
the mining rights thereunto belonging,
