ters, regardless of depth, up to llie lit

for the appointment by the Governor of nn
oyster eouimission, to be composed of four
persons, whose terms of office shall lie one
two,three and four years,one appointment
expiring each year. This coininiasion is
to appoint an inspector and elect a secre
tary. This inspector is to have charge
of the oyster mailer ami report to the
commission. A license, or fox, is provid
ed for again-teach vessel engaged in the
business as follows; For all boats fiom
one to live ton-, sg. from five to ten
to twenty tons, $7.50. An extra lax of
|1 is asse-sed against each vessel to pay
for the issuance of the license. The bill
further provides for universal license of
