Among the first mail carriers on the liae was Harry Eastwood, who was drowned-In the Yellowstone last August. He was carrying the mail at the time the Nen Perees made the raid through the Yellowstone valley, anid was obliged to leave the coach at one time at Canyon creek and take Srefuge in the timber on the river. Now I we have a railroad that penetrates nearly the whole lengthof the Yellow-1 stone valley.
