No votes can be transfered from one candidate to another after once regis tered. ... Every candidate should be regularly nominated on the blank printed in this paper. Ballots sent in for names not so nominated will he destroyed un counted. Two coupons will he printed in The Record every week while the contest is on. These will be dated and must be received at The Record oflice on or before the expiration of the date thereon to be good. Coupons must be sent to the Con test Manager of The Roundup Record, or deposited in the ballot box in front of The Record otlice. No employe of The Record oflice will he eligible as a candidate. Any questions or controversies that may arise are to he decided by the Contest Manager. The highest vote cast will have first choice of prizes, the next highest has second choice and so on down the list. In case of a tie for any one of th» prizes the contestants so tied must draw lots to decide the matter. The loosing candidate in such drawing shall be de clared the winner of the next lowest prize. The Record reserves the right to make any changes or additions to the above conditions as may be deemed necessary in the interests of the contestants. In entering the contest, all candidates must accept and agree to abide by the above rules. Votes on Subscriptions. Votes will be issued on subscription payments either in arrears or in advance according to the scale below.
