We Beg to Announce to the People of Rouudup and Surrounding Districts Our
Special Grand Opening
of the Holiday Season
This being our first year in business we can assure you that ev erything is
entirely new and fresh, and in large quantities. We have decided that before
Christmas is the best time to reduce stock. We prefer to do it now, when busi
ness is active, rather than later when it is not. Half of our present stock should
be sold before the night of Christmas. If low prices are any inducement (and
we know they are the greatest of inducement to all thrifty people), this result
will be accomplished. Right now, when you most need the goods for winter's
use; right now, in the face of Christmas, when gift-buying is a necessity; right
now, when every stock is complete and at its best we offer you money saving
opportunities on every before Christmas purchase. Every line of goods in the
store will have its Special Bargain Inducements. We can only example a few
of the many novelties as well as staple articles in this advertisement. What you
want is at this store, and you will find it at a less price than you will be asked
to pay for the same elsewhere. We will have extra salespeople to wait, on you
We expect the greatest Christmas crowd in the history of the store.
