feet, presumably near the top of
the Charles formation.
On Mosby Dome, two wells are re
ported nearing the sands, with an
other Just getting under way.
Near completion are Continental
Brown No. 16 and Farmers Union
State No. 1.
The Farmers Union well is offset
by three producers, by a Contin
ental well to the west and by
Schrock-Flfer wells to the south
west and south.
Farmers Union is starting its
second well on this lease, its No.
2 State, 660 feet east of its No. 1
State, in C SE SW SW 16-15N-30E.
On the field's West Dome, ac
tivity is still confined to two wells,
both on the west flank. Gainer's No.
1 Fradd, after finding an oil show
ing in what is believed to be the
first Morrison, is re-cementing to
shut off third sand water. Ralph
Chamberlain's No. 12-A Rhens is
pumping oil and water, still clean
ing out Operators think the two
have shown enough to warrant the
belief the West Dome, higher struc
turally, may be fully as productive
in the deeper horizons as it was in
the lower.
