PART 1 RAILROAD, STREET CARS, ETC.
By the wrecking or disablement of a railroad passenger
car or street cars, elevated or underground railway car,
passenger steamship or steamboat, in o? on which the
Insured is traveling as a fare-paying passenger; or
PART 2 TAXICABS, PUBLIC OMNIBUSES,
AUTOMOBILE STAGES
(a) By the wrecking or disablement of a taxicab, public
omnibus or automobile stage, which is being driv
(>l>erated at the time of such wrecking or disablement by
a licensed driver plying for public hire and in which the
insured is traveling as a fare-paying passenger; or
(b) By the wrecking or disablement of a passenger ele
vator provided for passenger service only and in which
the insured is being conveyed as a passenger.
PART 3 $20.00 WEEKLY INDEMNITY CLAUSE
If the insured sustains injuries in any manner specified
in part 1 or 2 which shall not prove fatal or cause specific
loss as aforesaid but shall immediately, continuously and
wholly disable and prevent the insured from performing
each and every duty pertaining to any and every kind of
business, labor or occupation during the time of such
disablement, but not exceeding fifteen consecutive weeks,
the Company will pay indemnity at the rate of
TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) PER WEEK
dise for a business purpose, and that such automobile or
vehicle is not being used for a criminal purpose or to
escape the consequences of an illegal or criminal use or
arrest by vested authority; or
(b) By being struck, knocked down or run over while
walking or standing on a public highway by a moving .
vehicle propelled by steam, cable electricity, naptha, gas
oline, horse, compressed air or liquid power (excluding
• injuries sustained while on a railroad right of way, except
an established crossing, or sustained while wo rking
public highway or railroad right of way) ; or
(c) By the collapse of the outer walls of a building
while the insured is there in (except a building in proceaa
of construction, repair or demolition); or

(d) By the burning of church, theatre, library, school
or municipal administration building, in which the insured
shall be before the beginning or the fire; or
