of bread in the past ten years. A large percentage of milk
is now used in its composition, whereas ten years ago very
little if any was included. This practice has added largely
to both the health and food value in bread, in fact it has
increased the food value of the average loaf from 26 to 50
per cent over that of a decade ago.
The Royal Bakery is a concern that has kept pace with
the baking business in this and other respects. Their equip
ment is modern and from the time their mixer starts until
their bread is wrapped and sealed in wax paper they care
fully observe every sanitary precaution.
They feature Eureka bread, which is made from the purest

cakes, pies, rolls and other bakery products that arc baked
