Au Act for the Submission to the Qualified Electors of the State of Montana an Amend incut to Section 45 of Article 5 of the Constitution of the State of Montana lielating to the Assembly. Be It Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana : Section 1. That Section 45 of Article 5 of the Constitution of the State of Montana is hereinafter provided, and that the question of said amendment be submitted to the qualified electors of the State of Montana at the next general election. Section 2. That Section 45 of Article 5 of the Constitution of the State of Montana be. and the same is hereby amended to read ns follows: Section 45, When vacancies, caused by death, occur in either house of the Legisla tive Assembly, such vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the board of county commissioners of the county from which such vacancy occurs.
