Sealed bids will be accepted at the office of the Clerk of School District 17-H in the Grade School Building in the City of Hardin, County, of Big Horn, State of Montana, on or present together with the County Clerk. Bloys, District Agent for the Montana Wild Li fa Serv ice, called on the Board in regard to an agreement setting up a budget of $1,500.00, for the eradication of predatory animals and the Board having set op a budget of $1,500.00 at the regular time of making county budgets for the fiscal year 1953-54, signed said agreement. The report of the County Treasurer showing the balances on hand for the month of November, 1953, was examined and approved. The reports from the following offices showing fees, collec tions, etc., were examined and approved: County Clerk and Re corder, Sheriff (Criminal), Sheriff (Jail Boarders), Clerk of Court and Justice of Peace. George Rogers called on the Board in regard to weed con trol along the county highways. After considerable discussion the Board took the matter under advisement. This being the time set for the hearing on the abandon ment of the Rough Creek Road No. 47 and there being no pro test for or against said road, the Board ordered the same abandoned, as called for in the said petition.
