Montana State University, in cooperation with Missoula School District 1 and Missoula TV Cable Company is producing live tele vised Spanish lessons for the 7th and Bth grades. The first in a new series of televised music programs from the School of Music at MSU with George Hummel as host was dis tributed in Missoula January 30 on Cable Channel 3. Miss Edwards is a graduate of Gardiner high school, class of 1959. Her father at that time was North District Ranger in Yellow stone National Park. At MSU, she is a radio TV major in her junior year. She is a member of Ski club, Montana Forum, T. V. Workshop, Kams and Dregs, and belongs to Kappa Kappa Gamma, social sorority, and is an active member of the Episcopal church choir. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nedens and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Kern were among visitors at the John Schil reff home on Sunday afternoon. John Schilreff has been con valescing at home following a very serious operation at the Veterans hospital in Miles City. He left this week tor the Veterans hospital in Minneapolis, where he will under go treatment for the next five weeks. GOLDEN HOBBLES The re-organization of the Gold en Hobbles 4-H club was held at the courthouse on Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. Under new business, the club elected new officers. They are as follows: president, Doug Atkins; vice president, Blevs Kuntz; sec retary-treasurer, Susan Martinsen: reporter, Mary Blake. The group decided to buy a plastic horse to use in demonstrations. Jacky Redding read the program for the Gymkhana, to be held July 28 and 29. The club also approved a five year breeding project for horses. This is to be taken up with the 4-H council at their next meeting. After the meeting was adjourned the members went through the games of the Gymkhana. The next meeting will be held at the courthouse on Apr. 10 at 2 p.m. Mary Blake, reporter
