Wright, CM 2-c, Tinian Island, June 28:: Today I received an Outlook of May 16 and had a little time to read it. It is swell to see the ! names of the kids who have made it home from the prison camps and I other places no doubt as bad. j It looks like this thing we're in j is moving a little faster, and as ■ I ; soon as we get some more help jfrom the ones who have already I fought a war in Europe the whole ! thing will be much faster. I The Japs seem to be much dif ferent from other people; they are so fanatic that one wonders how they have stood as much as they have. The B-29s have knocked them cut of most of their key cities such as Tokyo, Kobe, Osaka, Yokahoma, Nogoya and many others. Surely some day they will fold up; they must be able to see the handwriting on the wall by now. Since I last wrote I have come back to my old job, operating a cherry picker, the G. I. name for motor crane. Sly friends, it's time to do it pgaiir, go to bed. Say, this is the life—eat, sleep, work and look at the Pacific and dream about that place they call U. S. A. After all it doeS become a bit tiresome after three years or so. Thanks a lot for the paper; it helps plenty. Public relations office, Raton Field, Fla., June 30: Cpl. Edward P.
