Notice is hereby given that the pe tition of Louis Tuma the purchaser of the real property hereinafter de scribed, for an order authorizing and directing the administrator to con vey said property to Louis Tuma, in compliance with the terms of an agreement of sale and purchase, in writing, entered into by the de cedent in his lifetime, as seller, has been filed in the above entitled court; and that Monday, the 15th day of September, 1947, at 10 o'clock A.
