tition of Louis Tuma the purchaser
of the real property hereinafter de
scribed, for an order authorizing and
directing the administrator to con
vey said property to Louis Tuma, in
compliance with the terms of an
agreement of sale and purchase, in
writing, entered into by the de
cedent in his lifetime, as seller,
has been filed in the above entitled
court; and that Monday, the 15th
day of September, 1947, at 10 o'clock
A. M., of said day, at the court
room in the court house of said
Court, in the City of Billings, Yel
lowstone County, Montana, has been
set for the hearing of said petition,
and all persons interested are here
by notified to appear at the time
and place set for said hearing and
show cause, if any they have, why
said order should not be made.
The real property to be conveyed
is situated in Yellowstone County,
Montana, and described as follows:
Lot five (5) in Block three
(3) of the Townsite of East
Laurel, according to the official
recorded plat thereof.
Reference is hereby made to the
said petition for further particulars.
