Thursday, August 12, 1948 for the purchase of one power driven, tandem road roller. This machine may be powered by either gas or diesel motor. It shall be equipped for variable weight ad justment with a maximum weight of ten (10) tons. Bidders must submit descriptive material and complete specifications covering the roller upon which bid is based. Time of delivery of this machine will be a consideration of the bid and therefore the guaranteed date of delivery must be stated in the bid.
