Walter C Vandrey who is con nected with the U S Geological Survey was in Wolf Point last week. Betty Johnson came down from Fort Peck to spend Easter with her parents Mr and Mrs Bill Johnson. Mr Lock hart is with the Burroughs Add ing Machine Co. - James Holum, son of Mr and Mrs L A Holum came home from Great Falls where he is employ ed to spend Easter with the family, returning Monday morn ing. Mr and Mrs Konrad Kopper man of Brockton were business callers at the courthouse last Thursday. Rev. and Mrs. H. M. Barfoot conducted services at the Penti costal church in Poplar Sunday afternoon. Mrs Walter Burt and small son and Mrs Monk Evans and Donna Jean were Williston shop pers Friday. Mr and Mrs Glen Brown and family accompanied by Miss Beverly Carpenter spent Easter Sunday in Poplar with relatives Lieut Roland Tinney and Mrs Tinney left Monday after a brief visit at the Henry Lowe home. She will return to her work at Helena and he to a camp In Kansas for further officers training. Harvey Bryan, son of Mr ana Mrs H W Bryan, is spending his Easter vacation in Wolf Point. He expects to be called for ser vice in the Navy soon as he en listed last November. Services were held for Mrs. Estelle Campbell of Harlem, in Wolf Point last Thursday. (Mr and Mrs Warrior of Pop lar were up to attend the funer al of Mrs Estelle Campbell last Thursday. Miss Norma Redstone and her brother Jimmie of Nashua were visiting in Wolf Point over the week-end. Pvt Charley Martin Jr of New Guiena has been honorably dis charged from the army and is now at his home in Frazer. The Cleve Owens family and Mr and Mrs Chas Hall were in vited to the home of Mr and Mrs Clarence Fear Bear for Eas ter dinner. They were all served a very plentiful dinner. Mr and Mrs Claude Bearskin and March Redd were in town Tuesday. Mrs Rose Carrier Mason was in Wolf Point over the week-end and returned back to Poplar on Tuesday afternoon. There was a pow-wow at the home of Alan Clancy last Friday night. A fine time was enjoyed by all attendants.
