Page Eight NOTICE OF TAKING UP LIVESTOCK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of October, A. D. 1946, the undersigned, A- M. Rensvold of Wolf Point, Montana, post office address, took into his possession as trespassing livestock upon the North Half (N%) of Section fifteen (15), Township twenty-nine, North of Range forty-seven (47), EMM one white hog and three red hogs, and that the said undersigned now holds said animals in his possession at his home located on the North Half (N%) of Section fifteen (15), Township twenty-nine (29), North of Range forty-seven (47), In Roosevelt County, Montana, for damages sustained as a result of said trespassing in the sum of Twenty-five dollars (>25.00), plus the sum of Four Dollars ($4.00) per day for each day which said animals shall remain in his pos session, for reasonable expenses for care and keep thereof. The owner or persons entitled to pos session of said animals is requir ed to call upon the undersigned, pay the amount of damages plus costs of care and keep, and re move the same; otherwise civil action to foreclose on undersign ed’s lien therefor will be institut ed as the law provides in suck cases.
