The first broadcast was made from Havre last week. Persons concerned are urged to submit questions they desire ans wered by the OPS to their local radio stations. Firms that supply various services for a fee were reminded this week that they are under OPS jurisdic tion. Counsel for the OPS ruled that bowling alleys cannot increase their fees. The same ruling applies to other recreational facilities as well as shoe repair shops, parking lots and many other services.
