cil of Wolf Point, Montana, the
City Council duly and regulary pass
ed and adopted Resolution No. 267
resolving that in the judgment of
’he City Council of the City of Wolf
Point, Montana, It will be to the
best interests <»T the City of Wolf
Point, Montana, and the inhabitants
thereof and the inhabitants of the
1 lovey-Terry First Addition, Wolf
Point, Roosevelt County, Montana,
that the boundaries of the City of
Wolf Point. Montana be extended,
so as to include the Hovey-Terry
First Addition. Wolf Point. Roose
velt County, Montana, within the
corporate limits of the aforesaid
city.

tain measure to be hereinafter more
particularly described, have been

one (1) cent the present tax on
gasoline in order to more adequate
ly provide for a system of highways
in this State, and

measure is to materially increase
revenues to the State Highway
Commission and thus speed the
completion of the federal aid sys
tem of primary, secondary and ur
ban highways in Montana:
