Student Activities Fund as of May 31, 1954 and the receipts and disburse
ments °f the fund for the fiscal year then ended.
The Audit Included all procedures necessary in the circumstances. In
my opinion the above statement of cash receipts and disbursements cor
rectly reflects the balances in the Student Activities Fund as of May 81,
1964 and the receipts and disbursements for the year then ended on a basis
of accounting consistent with previous years.

decedent and the debts, expenses
and charges of admlnistratlOii, and
praying that an order of this court
be made authorizing sals of the said
personal property and real estate
either at public auction or private
sale for the purposes hereinbefore
mentioned.
And it appearing to the Court that
it will be for the advantage, bene
fit and best interests of the estate,
and those interested therein, includ
ing the minor heir that the property
should be sold and that it is neces
sary that the property should be
sold as provided by law for the pur
psoe of paying said outstanding
debts of the decedent and the debts,
expenses and charges of adminis
tration.
NOW, THEREFORE. IT IS HERE
BY ORDERED, That the 29th day
of July, 1954, at the hour of ten
(10) o clock A. M. of said day at
the courtromo in the courthouse in
the City of Wolf Point, Montana,
be set as the time and place for
the hearing of said petition, and all
persons interested in said estate are
hereby directed to appear and show
cause at said time and place, if any
there be, why an order should not
be made by this Court directing and
authorizing said administrator to sell
said personal prpoerty and real es
tate either at public auction or
private sale.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED. That
a copy of this Order be published for
two (2) consecutive weeks in The
Herald-News, a newspaper printed
and published in Roosevelt County,
Montana.
