Justice of the Peace for Lovelock by
the Humboldt Commissioners, vice
George Young, removed, has been de
clared the legal officer. Young
brought suit to oust Maris, but the
appointment of the latter was upheld
by District Judge Bonnitteld.

A Carson dispatch says Mrs. Lillie
Langtry-DcBarth is coming to Nev
ada during the year to develop her
mining properties, so she writes from
London, under dateof July 4th. The
richness of the Tonopah district has
traveled all oi er the world.
The Washoe voters decided not to
put up a ticket at their meeting Sat
urday night, but both Sadler and
Allen men will run separate tickets.
There will be a hot time in Iieno to
day. Inquiries for good mining claims
are coming into the Tonopah Mining
Bureau from Eastern capitalists.
