Tribunal of Arbitration will onlv exceed

rind the following description of "equine
luxury on wheels" in the Cleveland
(Ohio) Ikraul : " Bndd Doble has con
structed a palace car for the transporta
tion of his famous trotters, Goldsmith
Maid and Lucy. It is painted in a hand
some manner, and boars upon its side
the inscription, ' lSudd Doble's Spe
cial Car,' I pou entering the car you stop
into a small outer apartment in which is
a lounge and other articles of furniture
Opening a door upon one side, yon enter
the mam portion of the car devoted to
the horses. Here are four stalls, the sides
of each being thickly padded with hair,
and covered with enameled cloth.

trunks, chests, hav, etc. At either end
of the car, on the roof is a tank, each
capable of holding eighty gallons of wa
ter. Vnderneath the center of the car is
a enpacions box with doors, in which the

passenger car trucks, as adopted by the

length of the car is fifty feet, and of the
