Painful Accidjnt. G A. McPherson
met with sn a -cident yesterday, at Crys
tal Peak, which came near taking his
life. He was coming down the steep
hill st Crystal Peak, poing towards Jurf-
k in's ranch, when the horse be was
ridine stumbled and fell. The horse
getting np again verv quickly, McPher
son got hung in a stirrup and was
dragged for a considerable distance. He
hat several ribs broken and was bruised

out and attended bis injuries, says that
