State over twenty-one and under sixty years of
age, IS NOW DUE AND PAYABLE to the
County Assessor or his Deputy; and all are ex
pected to pay said tax, when called upon. And
also that the taxes on the personal property of
persons who do not own real estate within th
County of sufficient value to secure the taxes oa
