Whenever, After the pees Age of this eot, the Utah A Nevada Air Lino Railway Company, a corporation hereto fore organised and now existing nodes and by virtue of the laws of Ibe State of Ne vada, shall have constructed a first-elaee railroad of standard guage through Ibe couDties of White Pine, Eoreka, Lander, Cburcbill and Waaboe, or either of them, it shall be entitled to receive tba bond of said ooontiss, er either of tbam, at the time and in tba manner hereinafter pro vided, to tbe amount of (3,000 per mile for each and every mile of Ibe main track of said railroad completed ia said county; provided, that said railroad shall be com pleted and in full operation within five years from the date of tbe approval of this act, and no bonds shall be issned under Its provisions after that time. Both the internet and principal of aaid bonda ahall only be paid by the Tieaaurer of the county from which they may hava been leaned at the time and in accordance with the proviaiona of tbia act. Id each of toe counties from which bonda may be leaned under and by virtue of Ibis act, there aball be annually applied from tbe revenue of euob county to tbe payment of the intereat and the prinoipal of aaid bonda which ahall have been issued from aaid county, a sum of money equal in amount to tbe aum wbioh ahall be collected from said county from aaid Utah and Nevada Air Line Railway Company, from tbe taxes levied upon the entire property of said company in aaid oounty, lea* the amount of taxea whioh may bave been leried on and oollooted therefrom for SUte and sohool purposes, and the amount ao applicable to the pay ment of the interest and the redemption of tbe principal of aaid bond*, aball be placed in a separate fund to be ealled tb< •• Railroad Interest and Bioking Fund," wbioh ahall be applied: first, to tbe pay ment of the intereat aa herein directed, and second, to tbe redemption of the prinoipal of aaid bonds a* provided in tbia sot, it being the true intent and mean ing of this section of this aet that the interest and prinoipal of all tbe bonds iaaued under tbe provision* of this aet aball be paid out of tbe revenue derived from the respective counties from the taxea upon the property of Ih* said rail road eompany, leas tbe amount realised by aaid couotiea from the taxea levied for State and aobool purpose*. The interest-bearing eonpona belonging to and attached to eaoh of aaid bonda ahall bear the engraved or litho graphed aignatnre of the olerk of aaid Board of Commissioners. 8m. 7. The faith of the State of Nevada is hereby pledged that thia act ahall nevei be repealed nor so modified in any way as to impair the aecnrity of thoae who shall hold or purchase any of the bonda in thia act provided, nor during the construction of aaid railroad after it baa been in good faith commenced. Sec. 9. All acta and parts ot aota in con flict with the provisions ot thia aet are hereby repealed.
