Application No. 6141 Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of May, 1920, in accordance with Section 59, Chapter 59, of the Stat utes of 1919, I'ietro Pierini & Bros., of Carson, City, County of Ormsby, and State of Nevada, made application to the State Engineer of .Nevada for per mission to appropriate the public wa ters of the State of Nevada. Such ap propriation is to be made from Carson river, at a point in the SEJ4 of NWJ4, Sec. 35, T. 15 N., R. 20 E., M. D. B. & M.f by means of the Mexican dam., and two cubic feet per second is to be con veyed to portions of SEJ4SWJ4, SWJ4SWJ4, NEJ4SWK, SWNEVa VSE4, Sec. 14, NWJ4NEJ4, Sec. 23, T. 15 N., R. 20 E., M. D. B. & M., by means of the Mexican ditch, and lat erals, and there used for irrigation ind domestic purposes, from April 15th un til October 15th of each year. Water not to be returned to stream.
