GREETING
RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, Saturday, July 31st, 1920, has been designated as the date for dedicating the site upon
which is to he located the NEVADA HEROES' MEMORIAL BUILDINQ, erected to jhe everlasting mem
ory of the Jslevada men , who gave their lives in the GREAT WAR; and
WHEREAS, This occasion is to he graced by the presence of Franklin D'Olier, National Commander
of the oAmerican Legion, who will personally officiate at this impressive ceremony; therefore, be it
cRpSOLVED, That we, the undersigned citizens of aeevada, express in this manner our silent rev
erence to those heroes who made the supreme sacrifice, and extend cordial greeting to Commander D'Olier;
be it further
cRpSOLVED, That these resolutions be suitably bound and presented to Commander D'Olier as a
memento of his visit to Carson City, Nevada.
