Such appropriation is to be made from Two springs at points at the springs probably in Sec. 5. T. 14 N., R. 21 E. by means of an open cut and 2000 gallons is to be conveyed to points at the La Sierra group of claims about two miles in a wci rly direction and at the Treasure Group of claims three mile3 westerly from these springs, by means of a flume and pipe and there used for domestic and mining purposes.
