ILLIPAH BASIN OIL & GAS COMPANY ELY, NEVADA To All Stockholders, Illipah Basin Oil & Gas Company. You are interested in your company and without doubt want to know what is being done toward further operations. At a meeting of the new directors it was found that on the 24th of July of this year tools were lost in the hole. The expense of trying to recover these lost tools has nearly exhausted the funds of the company. For this reason more stock must be sold. By doing this we will be in a position to go ahead and will put forth every effort to accomplish results. It has been proven that the oil exbists in Nevada by the Fallon Oil & Gas Com pany, of Fallon. If there is oil at Fallon, we have every reasons to believe we should get oil at Ilii pah, where the surface formation, and the formations passed through in making the .■>70 foot hole, are far more promising than at Fallon. We feel confident that oil is there. We cannot give np now. We must go ahead, and when oil is brought in it will mean many dollars for all of us for every dime we put in now. Each of the original promotors of the company donated 20,000 shares, 100,000 shares in all, to which the company has added 100,000 shares, all to be sold at five cents a share to secure the necessary funds at once. This stock is to be offered only to present stockholders, and it will be offered to none others if you act promptly, and this we know* you will do. The present list of stockholders should subscribe for the entire 200,000 shares within the next fifteen days. If yon cannot pay all cash down you can do so on the monthly installments, but let your subscription come in by next mail. Every possible expense has been eliminated and the new directors, elected at the m'ent annual meeting, guarantee to proceed with the work using all possible econo my. The money received from the sale of these 200,000 shares should be ample to put down the new hole, as every cent goes into the treasury, not one cent goes as agents' commissions. We want to work together and by working together we can accomplish results. T^et us hear from you. Sincerely yours, 1LLIPAH BASIN OIL & GAS COMPANY. W. N. McGill, President. R. F.
