L. and Florence Clegg, on tlie 20th day of May, A. D. 1875, to plaintiff, for the sum of six hundred dollars and interest thereon at three (3) per cent. p;r month, all in gold coin of the United States. And plaintiff asks a decree of foreclosure of said mortgage and tliat the mortgaged premises be decreed to be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of costs, attorney's fees, taxes, insurance and the principal sum and interest on said note, in gold coin of the United States, and if found insufficient, that a Judgment be docketed against the pro erty of defendants J L. and Florence Clegg for any bal ance found remaining due plaintiff.
