No person or jxirsons shall, within the limits ot Carson City, keep or maintain, or become an inmate of, or visit or contribute to, the support of any place, house or room, where persons frequent, or assemble, for the pur pose of smoking opium, and all such places, houses or oouia, are nereoy ueciareu to oe nuisances. Section 2.
