The City Assessor of Carson City shall annu ally assess all taxable proiiert v of the inhabitants of said city, situate and being in said city, for city taxation, at the same time and in the same manner he assesses said property for State and county taxation. He shall not make a separate Assessment Roll of such assessment, but shall place and extend the same upon the Assessment Roll made for State and county taxation by him. SjEction 2. The Citv Assessor of said City shall receive an annual salary of one hundred dollars, in United States gold coin, which shall be in full for all services rendered by linu to said city as such oincer.
