trict Court, notice is herebv given to all the creditors of
the said insolvent, Moses Chaplin, to be and appear before
the said Judge in open Court, at the court-room of said
Court, in Carson Citv, in the said Count v of Ornisbv, on
the 23d DAY OF Jl'NE, A. D. 1S7K, at lo o'clock a. m. of
that day, then and there to show cause, if any they can,
why the prayer of said insolvent should not be granted,
and an assignment of his estate made, and he be discharged
from his debts and liabilities, in pursuance of the statute
in such cases be made and provided, and in the meantime
all proceedings against said insolvent be stayed.

plaint filed in said County of Ormsby, in the office of the
Clerk of said District Court The State of Nevada sends
greeting to Mary Jane Gettys, defendant: You are hereby
required to appear in an action brought against you by the
ab ve named plaintiff in the District Court of the Second
Judicial District of the State of Nevada, in and for the
County of Ormsby, and to answer the complaint filed
