Louisiana, and all citations or other: legal process shall Ie served upon the Presi dent of said corporation, or, in his absence, upon the Secretary-Treasurer thereof. ARTICLE III The objects and purposes for which this corporarionas organised, and the nature of the business to be earried on by it, are hereby de clared to be: To operate .toresand to purchase and sell goods, wares, liquors, drugs, cigars and merchandise of all kinds; to issue notes for money borrowed, and generally to exercise all powers relative to the objects herein-above enumerated. To purchase, sell and lease real estate.
