' In accordance with tbe regulation cf the State Board of Health and the cattle commissioner, issued under tbe authori ty of Act No. 119 of the laws of 1908, tbe Co-operative creamery, beginning May 1, will pasteurise stl stim milk or butter milk before it is removed from tbe cream ery by subjecting It to a temperature of at least ITS degrees Fahrenheit and not to exceed 180 degrees tor not less than 15, and not more than 30, minutes. This is to prevent tbe spread of bovine tubercu losis by feeding tsinted milk to young stock. Skim milk or butter milk from creameries outside tbe state cannot be brought into the stste until it haa been thoroughly sterilized or pasteurized. A fine of f 50 ia fixed for any violation of thia law.
