Last night at 8 o'clock some fifty mem bers of the Austin club met in first annual session in the hall of the board of trade. Mr. Lewis Hancock, president of the club, presided, and explained the object of the meeting was to hear the report of the sec retary and treasurer and elect the directors of the club for the ensuing year. Mr. Warner, the secretary, reported the club had 170 resident and ten non-resident members and there were but five delinquents in dues. Mr. 0. F.
