of Bishop Ward of the Methodist Epis
copal church. South, who died at Kobe.
Japan, on September 20. arrived yes
terday on the Nippon Maru and will
be sent to Houston, Texas, the late
bishop's borne, for burial
The bishop had been in Japan only
a nion;h on i regular tour of Inspec
tion of Methodist missions In the Ori
ent, when he died.
